How is a programme designed for our institution?

We begin with the audience, their current skill level and the work they need to do. The programme outline identifies learning objectives, selected modules, practical assignments, delivery format and expected outputs. Your institution reviews the scope before scheduling.

What delivery formats and cohort sizes are available?

Programmes can be scoped for a campus or training centre, a pilot within an existing initiative, or a sequence of cohorts across a network. Session length, group size and facilitator requirements depend on the level of practical support needed, language and available facilities.

What prior experience do participants need?

Foundation modules assume no coding experience. A basic ability to use a browser and work with digital files is helpful. Advanced building and automation modules require an appropriate starting level and tool setup; these are established during programme planning.

How are learning outcomes assessed?

Participants complete practical assignments and demonstrate their work. Assessment can cover task completion, accuracy, the ability to explain decisions and the ability to repeat the process independently. The assessment criteria and any institution-level reporting are defined in the programme scope.

Can delivery and materials support regional languages?

Language requirements are captured at the scoping stage. Facilitation, bilingual materials and regional-language exercises are planned around the cohort, with available language support confirmed in the proposal. Translated outputs are reviewed for meaning and local usage.

What technology and access should the institution provide?

The programme plan lists required devices, connectivity, software and account access. Foundation sessions can use browser-based tools on existing laptops. Any specialist setup, provider subscription or optional Switchboard lab requirement is identified before delivery.

How are institutional data and participant work handled?

Practical work uses institution-approved material, public sources or demonstration datasets. Tool access and permitted data use are established before the programme. If a cloud AI provider is used, the relevant inputs are processed under that provider’s terms and settings; these requirements should align with the institution’s policies.

Is certification included?

Assessment-based certification from The Last Prompt can be included in the agreed scope. The certificate records the level and work demonstrated. It is a provider-issued certificate and does not confer university credit or government accreditation.

What do participants retain after the programme?

Participants retain the prompts, editable material, project files and workflow instructions produced during the programme. Ongoing support, refresher sessions and trainer handover requirements can be specified as part of the engagement.

Who delivers the programme, and how do we request a proposal?

Programmes are led by The Last Prompt’s practitioners, including Sameep and the team building Switchboard. Share your audience, location, preferred languages, cohort size and objectives through the enquiry form. The proposal sets out delivery responsibilities, scope, schedule, fees and any technology requirements.
