ONE PLACE
With Switchboard
AI in one place.
  • every wrapp on one board
  • one Claude runs them all
  • your context already there
  • wired together — privately

All free. Everything in one place.

01

One connection

Every wrapp dials one operator — no wiring, no glue.

02

Your own model

Run every wrapp on your Claude — or a local model (Ollama, LM Studio). No per-app fees.

03

Private by default

The operator patches the call — never owns your data, never listens in.

The moat

Private by default. Yours by design.

Nothing leaves your machine

Requests route locally, through your own model. No copy of you on our servers.

No backend, no stored keys

No server holds your credentials — the operator patches the call and steps out.

You approve every connection

Every wrapp asks before it touches a tool or file. Revoke it instantly.

Open source (MIT) — audit it yourself. Team mode's end-to-end encrypted; no one reads your board, us included.

For developers

Ship the app. Skip the bill.

A wrapp is just a page. It asks Switchboard for the model, the tools and the context — so the user brings the AI, and you bring the idea.

01

Distribute without compute costs

Your users run it on their own Claude, or a local model. No inference bill, no backend, no scaling. A static host is your whole infrastructure.

02

Let people try open source without setting up a project

Today that means clone, install, get an API key, configure, run — and most people stop at step one. A wrapp is a URL that works on click.

03

Never hold a key

You never see their credentials or their data — the broker gates every call on their machine. Nothing to store, nothing to leak.

01

Point your agent at the spec

One line is the whole onboarding — it reads the contract and wires your app. No install, no signup.

Read thelastprompt.ai/switchboard/llms.txt and wire my app to Switchboard.
02

Swap your backend for the broker

Switchboard injects window.claude into your page. Replace your model call with one request — that’s the migration.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is it really free?+
Yes — every wrapp runs on the AI you already pay for, so there's no per-app charge. Pro only adds team features.
Do I need a Claude subscription?+
Yes, signed in through Claude Code on your machine — that's the AI your wrapps run on. No CLI yet? Install @anthropic-ai/claude-code, then run claude to log in.
Is it allowed to run on my Claude plan?+
It runs on your own machine through Anthropic's official Claude Agent SDK — your own sign-in, no shared or resold key. Usage counts against your plan, like any terminal session. Prefer pay-as-you-go? Point it at an API key or a local model instead.
Where does my data actually go?+
Nowhere new. Everything runs on your machine, behind one consent screen. A wrapp gets a result — never your keys or the folder behind them. Open source (MIT), so you can verify every line.
Can I use a local model instead?+
Yes — point it at Ollama, LM Studio, or llama.cpp. A wrapp calls the same interface and can't tell the difference. Fully offline if you want.
